"The guest is very nice and he helped us with a lot of things. The house was clean and very cozy, warm during this winter and for us the window right straight to the boulevard was like an experience and we liked it. 3 minutes for the metro station and the view with the tower outside the builing was nice too. Next time I will book it again. Thanks"

"Due to the location there are no windows to open in the majority of the apartment for fresh air. But it does have good centrally controlled aircon / ventilation all over the apartment to keep it cool. Something to bear in mind if you can’t stay in air conditioning and need open windows."

"Perfektní a tichá lokalita. Výhled na Eiffelovu věž přímo z ulice před domem. Supermarket hned za rohem ulice. Výborná komunikace s majitelem."

"Vybavení kuchyně nedostatečné, chybějící utěrky, odkapávač na umyté nádobí. Vše jinak funkční. Představoval bych si lepší čistotu, podlahy nejsou dostatečně čisté, vyšší prašnost, chybějící ramínka na pověšení oděvů v šatní skříni. Některé vybavení např gauč v obývacím pokoji hodně opotřebovaný ale účel splní. Přízemní byt takže pro soukromí je nutné mít vždy zatažené závěsy. Check in od 16 hodin je velmi špatný."
